銲線是連接用於半導體IC晶片中的鋁電極和Lead電極或LED晶片上之電極與導線架上之端子的Wire，是傳遞信號不可或缺的材料。

Silver alloy wire is designed and engineered to render good reliability and bondability in replacement of Au wire:

*	Soft FAB to apply on thin pad without damage
